Farm and Homestead Day features hands-on and interactive sessions on farming and homesteading skills. It will be held on Saturday, June 14, at the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association's Common Ground Education Center on Crosby Brook Road in Unity. We need some extra hands to help make this event happen!
One important job where we could use a hand is greeting attendees as they arrive. This shift would start around 8:30 in the morning. We need some friendly folks to welcome people as they arrive and hand out schedules. An afternoon shift is also available to say goodbye and hand out a questionnaire.
