VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO HELP WITH SET UP AND TAKE DOWN OF THE EVENT. VOLUNTEERS ARE ALSO NEEDED FOR BEING STATIONED ALONG THE RUNNING COURSE AND GUIDING RUNNERS AND CHEERING THEM ALONG.

Join us to earn bragging rights while helping us raise awareness about climate change and funds in support of our work to keep Maine a special place!
Energy efficiency, clean air, and renewable energy sources are a priority for NRCM. Every cent raised from the Dip & Dash will be used to directly support our work for a clean energy future for Maine.
5K “warm up” run around Portland’s Back Cove trail: 11:00 a.m.
(Registration started at 9:00 a.m. at the Back Cove parking lot across from Hannaford)
Polar Bear Dip into Casco Bay: Noon
Shuttle returned participants to Back Cove parking lot after dip.
Cool prizes from local businesses for 5K winners by age class, and also for best costume, top fundraisers, and team spirit!
