Who We Are
The Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad is a 501.C.3 organization dedicated to the preservation and operation of historic 2-foot narrow gauge railroad equipment. Maine Narrow Gauge has a historic railroad museum that exhibits displays and actual railroad cars that were used when the narrow gauge railroads were active. Additionally, train rides are offered along Portland's scenic waterfront every hour on the hour from 10 AM to 3 PM.
What We Do
The Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad Company & Museum preserves and operates historic two-foot gauge railroad equipment for the education and enjoyment of the public.
